REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING SUBMISSION (submit to tmiremont@bellsouth.net or by mail to Tommy Miremont, 19546 Creekround, BR, LA 70817)

 

• Copy of required EBR building permit

• Building must be located on surveyed plot plan with dimensions from all property lines shown

• Building drawings should show details of all proposed exterior materials, doors, and windows

• Foundation plan to be detailed in plans or description

• Wall sections of all exterior walls, fascia, soffit, and roof with dimensions

• Building floor plans and elevations with dimensions

• All proposed exterior materials should match existing house.  If not, reasons for change should be given.

• Architectural style and roof pitch should match existing house.  If not, reasons for change should be given.

• Any removal of existing 8" or larger tree requires written approval from WOL ACC.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW FENCE SUBMISSION

 

• Plot plan with location of fence on property with dimensions from all property lines shown. A survey may be required.

• Fencing material

• Height of fence

• Gate material and location of gates
