Trail Use Contract
Use of the trails by a worker will require permission by the Board of Directors and a signed contract with a $1,000 deposit. Workers found on the trails without possession of the signed contract will be trespassing and will need to leave immediately. Residents hiring such workers are responsible for repairs of damages caused by these workers.
You may download the contract in this site. Also note the rules for when a contract is needed. Present contract with deposit to any board member or maintenance chairman for approval. Allow sufficient time for review.
Rules for Use of Trails by Workers
Contract IS needed for use of trails except as noted below. See Contract for details for use.
Contract NOT needed for:
Gasoline/diesel powered machines used for lawn mowing. Trails used must be immediately adjacent to lot being mowed.
Gasoline/diesel/electric powered machines used solely by the homeowner weighing less than two tons. (Repair of damage to the trail is still the responsibility of the homeowner.) Trails used must be immediately adjacent to homeowner's lot.
